What to Bring
Swimwear: Clean, modest swimwear (no thongs/brazilian cuts).
Footwear: Flip-flops or sliders (essential for damp paths).
Towels: Please bring two (one for the session, one to dry off).
Sun Protection: A hat for sunny days and waterproof SPF.
Important FAQs
Weather: We are an outdoor spa. We remain open in rain, wind, or snow. The only exception is lightning, where we ask guests to retreat to the sauna for 10–15 minutes.
Age: 18+ only (14+ if accompanied by an adult).
Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable but transferable with 48 hours' notice.
Food: Only food/drink purchased on-site (including our Afternoon Tea) may be consumed.

To ensure tranquillity for all, we kindly ask that you follow our house rules:
Digital Detox: Mobile phones are not permitted in the spa or studio areas.
Quiet Zone: Please keep noise levels low to respect other guests.
Shower First: Please shower before entering tubs to remove oils and lotions.
No Alcohol: We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence.
Respect: We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse toward staff or guests.
