Temperature maintained below 40°C

Clear signage: “HOT SURFACE / HOT WATER”

Firebox secured and inaccessible to guests

Staff trained to monitor temperature

Guests briefed before use

Install thermometer display visible to users

Regular temperature checks logged

 

 

🔥 2. FIRE RISK (WOOD-FIRED SYSTEMS)

 

Hazard:

Open flames, embers, improper fuel use

All persons on site

Fire extinguishers (Class A) on site

Fire blanket available

Only trained staff manage fires

Safe fuel storage away from public

No guest access to fire area
